1.After 16 years you can do whatever you want with the land: you own it.
2.You have your choice of plots from those yet unsold.
3.Since you own the land, you can sell it at any point in the future. However, it must remain in Teak for the next 16 years.
4.Purchase of 2 hectares qualifies you for Panamanian residency. Frontier Financial Services, Inc. will process all the paperwork for you and your family (spouse and minor children) at no additional cost.
5.Financing is available (50/50) but you cannot receive Panamanian residency until the land is fully paid for.
